In August 2012 the Xiaomi BBS webforum was breached, around 8 million accounts to the public of which 1194308 were spam accounts that I have removed but feel free to download the other 7 million below. This breach is from the official forum in 2012 but they have since then changed to bbs.xiaomi.cn where it is still active to this day.

You'll need a program that can open files with a chinese charset as the usernames have chinese characters in them, I believe the password hashing algorithm is salted MD5 from VB although I am not 100% sure.
